Geographical Association Annual Conference and Exhibition, 2011, 2012 and 2013

Harrow House exhibited at the GA Annual Conference and Exhibition in Guildford, Manchester and Derby. We are always proud to promote this unique area as it has a wealth of educational opportunities to enhance students' understanding of geography and put into practice key fieldwork skills.

Swanage & Purbeck Hospitality Association AGM and Tourism Fair, April 2011, 2012 and 2013

Harrow House was the venue for this year's Swanage and Purbeck Hospitality Association Annual General Meeting and Tourism Fair. Harrow House has been a member of this active organisation since 2010 .

The Association Members attended the meeting as well as key speakers including the MP for South Dorset, Richard Drax. After the meeting and a delicious buffet lunch, the delegates had an opportunity to find out about local attractions on the Isle of Purbeck and collect leaflets in a market place organised by Purbeck District Tourism Office.
 

TES Education Show, London, 2010 and 2012

Harrow House was very pleased to attend the TES Education Show in 2010 and again in 2012 in London. It was great to meet so many teachers and education professionals and share information about the many different outdoor learning options available on the beautiful Isle of Purbeck.

 On Wednesday March 17th, Harrow House was pleased to be able to exhibit at the Purbeck Tourism Fair at Lulworth Castle.

On Saturday January 23rd, Harrow House exhibited at the Visit 2010 South West Show in Exeter.

NAFSO Conference, Swanage 2010

Harrow House had the pleasure of attending and participating in the NAFSO 2010 Conference which was held in Swanage. With a focus on promoting Learning Outside the Classroom through environmental partnerships, it featured keynote speeches, seminars and workshops from a wide variety of experts and leading figures in Outdoor Education.
